Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after order confirmation. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing may take 1–2 business days.
Delivery Coverage
Denim Plus currently offers nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.
Estimated Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: 1 – 2 business days Outside Dhaka: 2 – 4 business days| Delivery time may vary depending on courier service operations.
Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: ৳60 Outside Dhaka: ৳120 | Occasionally, Denim Plus may offer Free Delivery promotions during special campaigns.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, our team will confirm the order via phone call or message. Orders that are not confirmed may not be processed for delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are requested to pay the courier agent at the time of receiving the product.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled.
Package Checking
Customers are requested to check the package in front of the delivery agent. If there is any issue with the product, please contact us immediately.
