Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The size delivered is different from the order
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
The product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact
Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong size or want to exchange the product, you can request an exchange.
Exchange conditions:
- Request within 3 days after delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Customer may need to pay delivery charge for exchange
